The February meeting of ABC Business Network will be hosted by member, Mahvash Graham of Mahvash Interiors at her design studio at Gawleys Gate, on the shores of Lough Neagh. The studio is located at 28 Derrymore Road, Gawleys Gate, Craigavon BT67 0BW. Our resident photographers, Raymond Evans and Oonagh McAteer of Rayoo Photography will also be showcasing some samples of their work at this month’s event.
Mahvash Graham, Mahvash Interiors
Mahvash has worked in the interior design and furnishing trade at different levels for over 20 years and launched her own business in 2007. The fruits of her labours are enjoyed both locally and internationally. Mahvash’s expertise lies in window dressing and soft furnishings. The core products she provides include:
• Handmade curtains
• Specialist curtain tracks and poles
• Designer fabrics and wall coverings
• Furniture and upholstery
• Lighting and mirrors
Mahvash’s work varies from decorating a single area of a home/commercial premises, to carrying out a full property makeover. She provides a full design and supply service and caters for different budgets. In addition to private residences and commercial premises, Mahvash has decorated public buildings and worked with estate agents and hospitality sector businesses such as B&Bs, Air BNBs and hotels.
Born in Iran, Mahvash will tell us a little about her journey from Persia to the shores of Lough Neagh. Some of her work will be on display and members can peruse the wide range of fabric collections she stocks, and gain an insight into some of the projects she has had the opportunity to work on over the years.
